A PCD scraper or PCD wing is a tool that makes a polycrystalline diamond segments to function as scraping devices. They can have anywhere from one, two or more polycrystalline diamond segments per tool and can be used for scraping a range of surface materials.
PCD scrapers are far better scrapes than that of metal scraping bits because the hardness of the PCD segments makes it last much longer and ensure consistent performance.

Installed on Blastrac systems and used for the general purpose scraping or ripping of coatings on the concrete floor surface like epoxy, mastics, glue etc.
